Customer Service Representatives : speaks with customers by telephone, e-mail, or in person to provide product & service information, and to accept orders and/or cancellations. Update and maintain customer account information; determine freight and ground shipping costs; and cash handling to process payments. The duties and responsibilities are not all inclusive. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Quickbooks experience helpful.
Asset Technicians: ability to test and diagnose a large variety of electrical and electronic equipment/devices. Duties include but are not limited to: analysis of test failures and troubleshooting of products to component level using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment. Experience using variable power supplies.
Cell Phone Inventory Specialists/Repairs: inspect, test, and repair smart phones and other mobile devices. Perform high quality repairs and refurbishment of electronic devices. Replace defective parts such as replacing LCD, touch screen, housings, keypads, speakers, cameras, and side buttons. Work closely with team members to accurately represent assets online and other duties as assigned
CDL Class A Driver: drive company vehicles for the purpose of transporting items; load and unload vehicles; maintain vehicles (check fluid levels, fueling, cleaning, etc) for the purpose of ensuring safe operations of vehicles; participate in physical inventory; prepare paperwork and enter information into computer system; and assist in various areas throughout the warehouse when not driving.
